Calculate And Track Your Gas Mileage

Fuelly StatsImage by chiaraogan via FlickrFuelly is a handy little web application that's easy to use from your smartphone, or your computer.

It tracks your gas purchases and mileage over time and calculates miles per gallon overall and per tank.

The best part about Fuelly is comparing your car to others of the same make and model.

Most new cars, or those built in the last few years have a this built in to the onboard computer and they're really quite accurate but for anyone who is driving an older and therefore less likely fuel efficient car, this could be a great app.

hah, I was thinking about this earlier in the week. I was wondering how much fuel I save by following the speed limit unlike 90% of the people on the road.

Very neat and useful site, thanks!

this is useful considering the crappy state of the economy and ludicrous price of gas in general

Thats pretty cool, but a lot of cars these days have something like that built in (and its probably more accurate).

Kinda cool. I do it the old fashioned way: buy 10 gallons, set trip mileage and divide. Its not THAT hard.

Followed.

Like many other in this post, I'm afraid to check my gas mileage. I have this feeling that it's going to be terrible.
